Expert Tips On Preparing For The Merrickville Heritage Classic

Running enthusiast and personal trainer Corey Turnbull shares his expertise on how runners can prepare for the upcoming Merrickville Heritage Classic. Mr. Turnbull was guest speaker at a Run Merrickville Running 101 Workshop held February 22, 2016 at the Merrickville Community Health Centre. In addition to outlining a week-to-week running program for beginners and for those who want to get back into running, Mr. Turnbull shared his passion for the sport, especially the joy that is found in just getting outside for a run.
